Risk classification has always been our concerned, and we always adhere to the international practice to handle risks. The following risk classification is divided according to international practice.

(1) Delivery related to the transport.
Delivery related to the transport can be divided into two circumstances:
①The seller has no obligation to deliver in the designated place, at this point, the risk is transferred to the buyer after handing over to the first carrier.
②The seller must deliver in the designated place, at this point, the risk is transferred to the buyer after handing over to the carrier in this place.

(2) Delivery of stock in transit

For the stock in transit, according to "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods", the risk should be assumed by the buyer since entering into the contract in principle. If the seller regards the transfer transport document of the buyer as the basis of delivery, the risk should be assumed by the buyer since the goods are delivered to the carrier with carriage contract receipts. If the seller already knows or ought to know that the goods are damaged or lost when making a contract without telling the truth to the buyer, the above risk transfer principle shall not be applicable. "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods" adopts the principle of separation of ownership and risk transfer; therefore, the seller retains the receipts controlling the disposition of the goods without affecting the risk transfer.

(3) Delivery excluding transportation

Delivery excluding transportation can also be divided into two circumstances:

① When delivering in the seller's business place, the risk is transferred to the buyer after the buyer receives the goods; or the risk is transferred to the buyer when the buyer refuses to accept the goods without reasonable reason.

② When delivering in other places, the risk is transferred to the buyer after meeting the delivery time and the buyer knows that the goods have been disposed by it in the place.
